Duet BootCamp

Possibly one of the most exciting aspects of Pilates is that anyone can do it, and everyone can achieve amazing results. Because there's no bouncing, jarring, or stress to your body, Pilates offers the ideal form of exercise for people who, because of joint pain or muscle weakness, shy away from exercise. If you would like to get started in an exercise program the Duet Bootcamp is your place to start! Practicing with a workout partner encourages commitment and motivation, plus reduces the cost while enjoying many of the advantages of private personal training. 

An exercise session like no other you have ever experienced! Each session consists of Reformer, Tower and Chair training to build strength, tone the body and progress through your customized program based on a postural and alignment assessment.

  • Flexibility: Schedule your days and time with one partner. If desired, we will match you up with a partner that has a similar level of Pilates experience, as well as goals and requirements that allow us to offer a customized program that is beneficial to both of you! 24-hour session cancellation applies – switch to Private session optional.

  • Convenience: Schedule your sessions based on availability on our Duet BootCamp Schedule. Your partner may vary and if no partner has joined in, you have the choice to cancel or switch your session to a Private.

Design Your Yoga or Pilates Club Today!

To meet the demand for special classes or class times that are not on our regular schedule Inner Elements introduces a 'Design Your Own Club' program to create the most appealing schedule possible for our diverse student population.

A Yoga or Pilates 'Club' is simply a series of 6 classes that meet weekly at the same time. Each 'Club' needs a minimum of 8 members and can be organized for all types of purposes. Ideas include;

  • A Yoga/Pilates Club for Teens or Kids
  • A Lunchtime Yoga/Pilates Club
  • A Mother-Daughter Yoga/Pilates Club
  • A Yoga/Pilates Club for Neighbors or Co-Workers
  • A Yoga Club for People with Back Issues
  • A Prenatal Yoga Club
  • A Pilates/Yoga Fusion Club
  • You name it!

A club organizer chooses all the elements of the club and recruits its members. You choose your series dates, day(s) of the week,  time of day, Inner Elements Instructor and level of Pilates and/or style of Yoga (subject to schedule and teacher availability). Clubs can be either private groups or open enrollment depending on your privacy preferences. Inner Elements will even help you promote your club through our Newsletter and posting sign up sheets for your open enrollment club if you have trouble reaching 8 members. Each club member must pre-register by enrolling for the full series.
