Session Types Explained

Appointments:

Private, Apprentice and Duet sessions are appointment based and availability is separately listed under the 'appointment tab' of our online registration system. Duet are two (2) participants and in this interactive setting the instructor has opportunity to provide individual attention with regard to correct form and common needs. Each session builds upon the next and movement principles are introduced in a variety of ways. The group starts once two participants are matched up and six (6) sessions are scheduled in advance.

Class:

A class setting is an independent learning environment that allows our students to practice the repertoire in a structured setting. The instructor will offer guidance and samples the exercises or in an equipment setting, provide detailed instructions and will monitor safety and assist in proper use of the equipment. Register for each session. Class cards apply. Check our schedule for class types and times.

Workshop:

Clients enroll for the full workshop, either one or multiple sessions. Make ups based on availability. Current scheduled workshops are listed under the 'workshop tab' of our online registration system.
