Inner Elements offers you the flexibility to choose the value of the Gift Certificate! The receiver can use the value towards any session or package of our program options.

30 minutes Intro Session

In a one-on-one session you have an opportunity to share your goals and ask any questions you may have. We will explain how Pilates and/or GYROTONIC® may benefit you, and discuss your options on how to get started and what your program could look like in a few weeks.

Payment is due prior or on the same day of visit. We accept cash, checks and major credit cards.

Scheduling

Our Online scheduling system allows you to manage reservations, class card sessions and payments. If you need help setting up your account please contact us and we are happy to assist you.

You can schedule an Appointment based session by clicking on the Appointment tab and find a day and time you would like to reserve.

Share Packages

Family members can share a package for Private or Duet appointments to receive a better price per session!

Our pricing structure is based on the type of session and the number of sessions purchased.

Intro, Private, Duet and Apprentice sessions are appointment based. You can schedule your sessions online or contact the studio to make reservations.

Private Lesson - 1 client, 1 instructor

With Certified Pilates / GYROTONIC® Instructor
- Individual Session $ 75
- Six (6) Pack $ 420 - Valid for three (3) months
- Twelve (12) Pack $ 780 - Valid for three (3) months
With an Apprentice Instructor - Student without experience
- Individual Session $ 30
- Apply one of your Equipment Class Card sessions

With an Associate Instructor - Student with experience

Reserve your Class attendance by scheduling based upon your and class availability as per our current Class Schedule.

We offer three options for our regular, non-Starter Only classes - 5 students per class:

Class enrollment - committed clients reserve their spot at the days and times of their choice for a period of 8 or 12 weeks.
Drop In - attend any class that has openings.
Class Card - register for 10 classes based on availability without committing to a certain day or time

Starter Only Classes are for clients new to the Pilates equipment to prepare for our regular classes. These lessons are Class Card based, so committing to a certain day or time is optional. This program allows new clients to JUMPSTART their Pilates program at and affordable rate. Classes are offered daily and the class size is limited to 3 students. At the promotional rate of $275, new clients enjoy 1 Private session and 10 Starter Classes. Only 1 package per client and cannot be combined with any other offers.
