Both our movement studio rooms are well equipped with the Gyrotonic Expansion System, Peak Pilates Reformer Tower Systems, Low Chairs, Cadillac, High Ladder Barrels, Spine Correctors, Mats and other small equipment. Our extra room is used for Wellness and Coaching services.

Pilates equipment classes are offered daily in either a Reformer or Tower setting, with the additional use of the Pilates Chair during each class. To view our schedule click here. Classes are designed to encourage a greater degree of independence in the learning environment while still under the watchful eye of our skilled instructors. Appointment based movement, wellness and coaching sessions are available based on teacher and studio availability.
