Who We Are...

The professional certified instructors at Inner Elements, teach adults of all ages and fitness levels a variety of physical exercise programs based on the Pilates Method and GYROTONIC® principles. We take pride in offering uniformity to our clients as a team of highly qualified in-home PhysicalMind trained teachers.

We, at Inner Elements take pride in offering quality Pilates instruction in a peaceful and uniform environment for our clients. Therefore please note that Nadia (bottom left) has been let go early May 2010 based on repeatedly overstepping ethical boundaries.

Please note that due to our expansion, in addition to our Class Room with 5 Reformer/Tower systems and 5 Chairs, our former Yoga Room is now set up with 2 Reformers, 1 Cadillac, 2 Barrels and the Gyrotonic Expansion System. We there for do NOT offer any more Yoga classes at Inner Elements.
