Introductory Sessions In a one-on-one session you have an opportunity to share your goals and ask any questions you may have. We will explain how Yoga and Pilates complement each other, and discuss your options on how to get started and what your program could look like in a few weeks. Feel free to bring a friend, spouse or colleague! We ask participants to contribute by donating food items for the Batavia Food Pantry. Space is limited. Register today!
